Your Dining Experiences:
- Onboard Meals: We take care of breakfast and lunch so you can relax! We will hop on a planning call about two weeks before your adventure to discuss your group’s preferences and dietary needs, ensuring the boat is stocked with provisions you’ll love. Please let us know of any food allergies during this call.
- Dining Ashore: Evenings are your opportunity to explore the local culinary scene. We will guide you to our favorite restaurants and resorts for dinner. Please plan for these meals as an additional personal expense.
- Privacy: We want you to feel at home with your friends and family. To allow you intimate time to enjoy your group's company, the Captain and crew will dine separately when we go ashore for any meals.
Staying Connected: Open communication is key to a smooth and enjoyable voyage. We want to ensure you can always reach the Captain and crew, whether you are relaxing on the beach or exploring a port town.
- Handheld Radios: We provide portable two-way radios for your party to use when going ashore. These are the most reliable way to coordinate pick-ups or ask questions. These radios are waterproof and float on the water. Additionally, the yacht is equipped with a marine radio that is monitored whenever a crew member remains onboard.
- Cell Phones: Cellular coverage in the islands is surprisingly excellent, making texts and calls a convenient way to stay in touch.
- Important Precaution: Please remember that electronics and saltwater are not friends! We strongly recommend using waterproof cell phone dry bags at all times. If you do not have one, they are readily available for purchase at most marinas. Please note: Guests use personal devices at their own risk; we cannot be held responsible for water damage.
Friday: Welcome Aboard!
Your vacation begins the moment you arrive on the island! Simply text us when you land. Taxi service will be provided for your party, and we will meet you at the marina drop-off point to get you started.
Marina Amenities:
Before we set sail, take some time to enjoy the marina’s resort-style comforts. Whether you want to take a dip in the pool, browse the souvenir shop, or grab a bite, everything is within walking distance. You’ll find a cafe, full bars, pizza, and excellent local dining options right on site. You can also use the shoreside shower facilities to freshen up after your flight.
Stocking Up
If you’d like to pick up extra beverages or specific provisions, there are local shops nearby where you can grab any last-minute favorites.
Friday Itinerary: Settling In
Once you are on board, we have a few essential steps to ensure a smooth voyage:
- Captain’s Welcome & Safety Briefing: A mandatory but informative session to cover safety guidelines and essential boat protocols.
- Cabin Selection: Choose your home for the week (if not already assigned).
- Provisioning Party: We will receive our pre-ordered supplies and work together to stow them securely for the trip.
- Systems Walkthrough: Learn the ins and outs of the boat, including important tips on water usage.
- Gear Up: Get fitted for your loaner snorkeling gear.
- Relax: Enjoy a dinner at the marina and get a good night's rest before our adventure begins!
Friday Night Accommodations: Your adventure begins the moment you step on board! We invite you to sleep on the boat Friday night to get your "sea legs" in the calm safety of the marina. It’s a great way to bond with the crew and the vessel before our Saturday departure.
If you prefer to ease into the trip with a night at a hotel, we are happy to help you coordinate a stay at one of the convenient marina resorts. Just mention this during our planning call, and we will arrange your hotel stay for the night.
Note: Hotel charges are additional and are not included in the standard charter fee.
Company Policies:
- Relaxing Responsibly: There is nothing quite like a cold drink while watching the sunset from the deck. While we encourage you to unwind and enjoy yourself, we also respect the ocean and the safety of our ship. We ask for moderation when drinking onboard, and we defer to the Captain’s judgment regarding safety and consumption. Let’s keep the memories happy and the sailing safe!
- Captain’s Authority & Safety Protocol: The safety of our guests, crew, and vessel is our absolute highest priority. Our Captain is a trained professional responsible for all decisions regarding the operation of the boat. In the event of an emergency, changing weather conditions, or any situation involving safety, it is mandatory that all guests follow the Captain’s instructions immediately and without hesitation. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a safe environment for everyone on board.
